TCR Vβ22 Antibodies

TCR Vβ22 is also called TCRBV22S1. Vβ22 is a subfamily of the T cell receptor. The Vβ22 is expressed by 2.4% to 5.1% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV2 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).

Clone: IMMU 546 Isotype: IgG1 Mouse

The IMMU 546 antibody recognizes the IGRb03 sequence. Another gene has been described for this family which differs by only one amino acid and may represent an allelic variant. Recognition of this sequence is likely, but has not been formally proven yet.
